June 8, 2015 -- CTIA—The Wireless Association filed a lawsuit and a motion
for an injunction in the Federal District Court in Northern California
today to block the City of Berkeley's *cell phone “right to know” ordinance*

*International EMF Scientist Appeal Submitted to **Federal Communications

June 8, 2015 -- The* International EMF Scientist Appeal
<http://emfscientist.org/> *was submitted to the Federal Communications
Commission today along with the May 11th press release and a description of
the *Appeal*.

Two hundred scientists from 40 nations who have published peer-reviewed
research on electromagnetic fields and biology or health signed a petition
calling on world leaders to adopt more stringent regulations of wireless
radiation and to issue precautionary health warnings to the public.
